Arrival
We recommend arriving some 10 minutes before scheduled booking time so we can start your treatment in time, this way you will enjoy your time with us, all of us will be more relaxed and thus all will be surely more satisfactory.

In case of illness, lesion or pregnancy it is very important to comunicate it at reception.
Cancelation or modification of bookings

Reservation cancelations or modifications will be only accepted with a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

Gift vouchers or services purchased / paid are not refundable.

No show

If you do not show yourself without a proper and justified cause once reservation is done, we will understand this as an accomplished service, thus no money refund or re-schedule.

Dressing, material and hygiene

On arrival at Ambrosia Spa Barcelona we will deliver to every client a pair of disposable slippers that you will wear while using our installations, your shoes will stay safe at the lockers you will find right on reception, from where you can pick them back once about leaving the spa.

During treatments we will provide all necessary disposable material, like pareo, kimono, tanga, hat or clipping hair bands, etc.).

All our treatment cabins have their own shower inside, so every client can have a proper shower after the treatment if you wish to, we will be providing all hygiene products and towels.

Norms of behavior

For a grateful and relaxing ambience, adequate for the mood our clients look for in Ambrosia Spa and respectful with all the rest of people having treatment we kindly ask our clients to follow these simple rules while being with us:

• Speak softly, no loud voice.
• Shutdown mobile devices, or check you totally muted them.
• Keep quietness is precious for all of us in the spa.
• Do not make any disturbing or loud noises.
• Please do not bring kids under 16.
• Smoking is forbidden within the establishment.
